About The Position

UCB is seeking a strategic, collaborative, and results-driven Construction & Engineering Sourcing Manager for its Procurement team. This hybrid position is based in UCB’s Atlanta, Georgia office. The role supports major capital investment projects by leading sourcing activities for construction, engineering, commissioning, qualification, and related services. The manager drives strategic procurement initiatives, negotiates complex supplier agreements, and supports successful project execution while maximizing value, mitigating risk, and contributing to UCB’s growth and competitiveness.

The role works closely with UCB’s Investment & Infrastructure Procurement team, project leaders, engineering teams, external suppliers, and business stakeholders. It develops sourcing strategies, manages supplier performance, and delivers procurement solutions that contribute to business objectives and project success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain.
• At least 5 years of experience supporting major capital projects and sourcing activities.
• Experience sourcing construction and engineering services.
• Contract negotiation and supplier management experience.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to travel up to 35% as business needs require.
