About The Position

This position is responsible for performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks to support the construction management department. This includes maintaining construction documents, processing paperwork, and assisting with general office duties. The role requires attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a clerical or administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the construction industry.
  • Familiarity with construction document management systems.
  • Additional vocational training or certifications in office administration.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize construction documents, including blueprints, permits, and contracts.
  • Process and file various construction-related paperwork.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and correspondence.
  • Provide administrative support to the construction management team.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Answer phones and direct inquiries.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
