Marshall Dennehey, P.C., an Am Law 200 civil defense firm with more than sixty years of service, is seeking an experienced construction defect attorney to join its Orlando office. The level will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and qualifications. The role offers the opportunity to handle complex construction cases for Fortune 500 clients in a collaborative and supportive environment. It is a hands-on position for an experienced construction defect litigator comfortable navigating Florida’s Chapter 558 process. The group aggressively defends architects, engineers, surveyors, trade contractors, and general contractors in matters involving industrial, commercial, and residential projects. The attorney will manage matters from inception through resolution, with firm support, substantial autonomy, and the opportunity to exercise professional judgment. The work involves high-exposure construction litigation and requires strong judgment, organization, and strategic thinking. Attorneys work independently on assigned matters while collaborating closely with colleagues, and may assist in mentoring junior attorneys. The firm supports long-term career development and advancement. Compensation includes a competitive salary, multiple bonus opportunities throughout the year, a comprehensive benefits package, and, for eligible associates, a firm-funded Lifestyle Account through the Marshall Associate Advantage program.
