About The Position

JMT Landscape Group is looking for hardworking, dependable individuals to join our growing field team. We build more than landscapes—we construct unique outdoor environments and amenity spaces for multi-family, senior living, university, and mixed-use developments throughout the Midwest. As a Construction Crew Member, you'll work alongside experienced Foremen and construction professionals to build high-quality outdoor projects safely, efficiently, and with pride. No experience? No problem. We are willing to train the right candidate who is motivated, dependable, and eager to learn. Nice To Haves

Construction or landscape experience preferred, but not required.
Valid driver's license preferred.
Ability to travel to project locations.

Responsibilities

Assist with construction of outdoor amenity projects.
Install retaining walls, pavers, fencing, playgrounds, site furnishings, irrigation, landscaping, and specialty features.
Operate hand and power tools safely.
Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment.
Maintain a clean and safe jobsite.
Follow company safety procedures.
Work as part of a team to complete projects on schedule.
Learn new construction skills and techniques.
