Requirements
- Ability to work 50-60 hours per week, typically alternating weeks of five 10-hour days then six 10-hour days.
Responsibilities
- Assist in tracking all Tag Changes.
- Assist in RFI, Submittals, and all other Hoffman Safety required documentation.
- Keep Project Logbook up to date.
- Change Order Management.
- Assist in scheduling.
- Assist in all onsite logistics notifications to Hoffman on delivery of Equipment, Modules, vehicles, and cranes.
- Interface with Hoffman on Staging of Modules and other equipment.
- Assist in managing OFCI on site storage status.
- Assist in obtaining quotes for additional Long Lead and other equipment.
- Tracking of all new LLE Equipment.
- Assist Main Office Buyer in producing POs.
- Assist in expediting all submittals.
