We are seeking a high-level Construction Coordinator to become the central hub of our growing reconstruction division. This is not a typical admin role. You will be responsible for controlling job flow, communication, and billing across multiple construction projects, ensuring nothing falls behind and every project moves efficiently from approval to completion. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Track construction projects from approval through completion
• Maintain real-time job status across all active projects
• Identify delays and take action to keep jobs moving
• Serve as a primary point of contact for homeowners and internal teams
• Coordinate communication between office, field staff, and management
• Ensure all updates are timely and professional
• Send and manage contracts for signature
• Maintain organized digital job files (estimates, contracts, change orders)
• Ensure all required documentation is complete before job starts
• Track project billing and payment schedules
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and insurance payments
• Support maintaining consistent cash flow across projects
• Assist with scheduling projects and coordinating timelines
• Support subcontractor coordination alongside field supervisor
• Maintain weekly production tracking
