Construction Compliance Manager

Requirements
- Degree in Construction Management, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in construction compliance or related field
- Experience with COIs, payroll compliance, and contractor documentation
- Understanding of labor laws and compliance workflows
Responsibilities
- Ensures EPC projects meet all contractual, regulatory, labor, and documentation requirements, protecting the company’s financial and operational interests.
- Drives compliance across insurance, bonding, payroll, apprenticeship, and regulatory requirements while maintaining audit-ready documentation.
- Track and maintain Certificates of Insurance and ensure subcontractor compliance
- Track required bonds and ensure contractual compliance
- Monitor payroll submissions for prevailing wage and regulatory compliance
- Track apprenticeship ratios and labor requirements
- Prepare reports and support compliance audits
- Partner with PMs, CMs, and stakeholders to resolve compliance gaps
