City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking experienced construction cleaning contractors to support our commercial client base across the region. We work with property managers, general contractors, and facility owners who require reliable, high-quality post-construction cleaning to bring spaces from build-ready to occupancy-ready. This is a project-based opportunity with the potential for ongoing work, depending on performance, responsiveness, and quality of execution. If you operate a structured cleaning business and are looking to supplement your pipeline with well-coordinated commercial projects , this may be a strong fit. The selected contractor will provide professional construction cleaning services , including: Rough Clean (as applicable) Removal of construction debris and dust Sweeping and vacuuming of surfaces Basic prep for finishing trades Final Clean Detailed dust removal (walls, ceilings, vents, fixtures) Cleaning of windows, frames, and glass surfaces Floor cleaning (vacuuming, mopping, polishing as needed) Restroom and breakroom detailing Removal of stickers, adhesives, paint overspray, and residue Touch-Up Clean Final detailing prior to occupancy or handoff Addressing punch-list cleaning items Work may include: Tight project timelines and coordination with other trades Daytime or after-hours access depending on project stage Large or multi-phase commercial environments You will be expected to deliver: 👉 Detailed, inspection-ready results under deadline
