The role focuses on post-construction cleanup, removing debris and waste, cleaning surfaces and fixtures, and helping maintain safe, hazard-free job sites. Cleaners use basic cleaning equipment and coordinate with construction crews and site supervisors to meet project deadlines. Requirements

• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors.
• Knowledge of basic cleaning supplies, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Ability to work in varying outdoor conditions common to Phoenix, Arizona.
• Valid ID and reliable transportation to job sites.

• Previous construction cleaning or janitorial experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform post-construction cleanup on residential and commercial job sites.
• Remove debris, dust, and waste materials from interior and exterior areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and wipe down windows, floors, fixtures, and other surfaces.
• Safely dispose of construction waste and materials in designated areas.
• Operate cleaning equipment and tools such as brooms, pressure washers, and vacuums.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment.
• Coordinate with construction crew and site supervisors to meet project deadlines.
