About The Position

Clean Team Inc. is hiring dependable, detail-oriented Commercial Cleaners to maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment at a commercial facility in Troy, Ohio. The position offers part-time work with a choice of an evening or overnight schedule. Previous janitorial or custodial experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for suitable candidates. Applicants should be reliable, motivated, and committed to meeting cleaning standards.

The evening shift is Monday through Friday, 5:00 PM–9:00 PM, with occasional Saturday shifts required. The overnight shift is Sunday through Thursday, 12:00 AM–5:00 AM.

Requirements

• Previous commercial cleaning, janitorial, or custodial experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good time management skills and ability to complete assigned tasks within the scheduled shift.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn proper cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and chemical safety procedures.
• Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to push or pull up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to perform repetitive cleaning tasks, including bending, reaching, lifting, sweeping, and mopping.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain restrooms, hallways, and other assigned areas throughout the facility.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces.
• Disinfect high-touch surfaces and sanitize restrooms regularly.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed.
• Replenish restroom and common-area supplies, including soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
• Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and correctly.
• Report maintenance concerns, spills, and potential safety hazards to a supervisor.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a professional approach while helping provide a clean and welcoming environment for employees and visitors.
