About The Position

We are a growing, family-owned and operated commercial construction company looking for an experienced Construction Bookkeeper to become a key member of our team. This is not a narrowly defined accounting role. We are looking for someone who enjoys wearing many hats, taking ownership, and being the go-to person for the day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping functions of a business. If you enjoy being a big fish in a small pond, having visibility into the entire business, and working alongside a collaborative and personable leadership team, this could be a great fit. The right person will be polished, dependable, adaptable, and comfortable working in a smaller organization where everyone pitches in. You should be equally comfortable owning your responsibilities independently and collaborating closely with leadership and the broader team.
