The Assistant Project Manager (APM) role involves travel to project sites and does not require relocation, allowing APMs to live anywhere within the continental United States near a major airport. Placement is based on project needs. APMs work directly with subcontractors and clients to successfully execute the complete building process. The PM team plans and sequences work, procures materials and subcontractor services, and ensures work meets Tippmann Construction quality and safety standards. Throughout construction, the PM team utilizes Tippmann's processes and tools for clear communication with all stakeholders. APMs are largely accountable for delivering a high-quality customer experience.
