Requirements

  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite
  • Passionate about customer service
  • Enjoys working in an organised and collaborative team environment
  • Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn

Responsibilities

  • Assist Site Managers with administrative tasks and general admin across the team
  • Prepare customer handover packs and coordinate customer gifts
  • Respond to customer, supplier, and trade enquiries
  • Coordinate uniform orders for Site and Warranty Managers
