Industrial Door Company, a leading provider of automatic door and commercial entrance solutions, is seeking a Construction Administrative Coordinator to support our daily operations and serve as the front line of communication for our customers. In this role, you'll manage customer inquiries, assist with scheduling and dispatching, and provide administrative support to ensure seamless service delivery. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, on-site role based in (Rancho Cordova) Sacramento, CA, Monday–Friday, Hours 7 am - 4:30 pm
