Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience
  • Must have strong organizational skills
  • Must display good interpersonal skills
  • Must have ability to multi-task and manage multiple Projects through to completion
  • 4-year degree (Bachelor equivalent) with Professional Engineer, Construction Management, Architect, and Interior Design credentials
  • Current and valid professional licensure (LEED, WELL, PE, PMP, CCM, AIA, RA, RID, CCS, CCCA).
  • Experience with Newforma and/or Procore software
  • This position is designated as full-time on-site and requires the employee to be physically present at the assigned office location Monday through Friday during standard business hours. Regular, reliable on-site attendance is an essential function of this role.

  • Experience working within the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction fields preferred

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Construction Administration documentation between the Project Manager, General Contractor, and the Consultants
  • Receive RFIs, Submittals, and other CA documents from Contractor via Newforma
  • Maintain related project files
  • Send & receive documents from Consultants through Newforma
  • Track status of document responses
  • Prompt Consultants and Project Team for responses, as needed
  • Compile documents within Bluebeam Revu
  • Close out RFIs and Submittals in Newforma, when prompted
  • Maintain contact list within Newforma
  • Familiarize with CSI specifications divisions.
  • Familiarized of Texas jurisdiction building and accessibility codes
  • Track Change Orders and other related documents
  • Attend reoccurring Project CA meetings
  • Work closely with Project Architect and/or Project Manager
  • Assemble and file Punch List reports
  • Receive and process physical Submittals and samples
  • Maintain current composite sets of drawings and manage document control
