RANDALL OFFSITE CONSTRUCTION specializes in the integration of Completely Prefabricated Bathroom Pods for hotel, dormitory, medical and multi-family ground-up construction projects. Randall Offsite Construction is currently seeking a skilled Construction Accountant and Administrative Specialist to work in our Apopka, FL headquarters and production facility.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of construction cost accounting experience
  • Strong background in construction accounting and job cost tracking
  • Experience with Owner Direct Purchasing programs
  • Construction cost accounting and owner direct purchasing program expertise
  • Proven experience reviewing financial and construction documents
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of cost control and forecasting
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills that reflect the ability to analyze a broad range of issues and provide solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills, with the ability to prepare compelling presentations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal formats including individually and in group settings.
  • Excellent computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft office products, with advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English (though bilingual English/Spanish a plus).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ComputerEase is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Track and monitor project expenses throughout the construction lifecycle
  • Reconcile project budgets against actual costs
  • Analyze cost variances between estimated and actual expenses
  • Maintain accurate job cost records and cost coding
  • Manage and support Owner Direct Purchasing (ODP) programs
  • Ensure compliance with owner requirements and documentation processes
  • Process and track owner-supplied materials
  • Review invoices, packing slips, and process payments
  • Review and validate financial and construction documents including material request forms, purchase orders, subcontracts, AIA billings, invoices, packing slips, and billing statements
  • Prepare financial reports and monitor cost performance
  • Establish and track KPIs for labor costs and project expenses
