Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a warm, knowledgeable manner.
• Guide customers through the showroom and provide product information.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Support consignor intake and item tagging as needed.
• Maintain showroom appearance, cleanliness, and visual standards.
• Place, relocate, and stage furniture and home furnishings on the showroom floor.
• Collaborate with team members on team lifts for large or heavy items.
• Rearrange displays to reflect new inventory, seasonal changes, or sales directives.
• Follow safety protocols when moving merchandise.
