About The Position

DUC is seeking a Restoration Project Coordinator to develop, plan, and implement a variety of restoration initiatives, including compensation projects, under the direction of the CPro team. This is a permanent, full‑time position within the Quebec operations team.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in restoration, compensation projects, water infrastructure, or equivalent fields.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a field related to environmental studies, water science, water resources engineering, or agronomy
  • Good knowledge of environmental regulations.

  • Experience in project financial management, tendering (procurement), and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying and prospecting potential sites and developing restoration projects in collaboration with municipal and industrial stakeholders.
  • Developing concepts for potential sites and engaging local partners.
  • Implementing restoration projects.
  • Preparing service proposals as well as technical and financial reports.
  • Managing professional service contracts with various engineering consulting firms and contractors.
  • Performing any other related duties.
