Connectivity Field Tester
About The Position
We are seeking a skilled Connectivity Field Tester with a good understanding of wireless technologies such as Cellular, WiFi, Bluetooth, and GPS. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience testing devices in field or lab environments, with a solid background in device setup, test execution, post-processing, first-level analysis, and report generation. Strong scripting skills in Python are essential, along with excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required, and the ability to travel locally and non-locally on short notice is necessary.
Requirements
- Good understanding of any wireless technology, e.g Cellular/WiFi/Bluetooth/GPS
- Hands-on experience testing devices in field or lab
- Solid experience in device setup, test execution, post-processing, first level analysis and report generation
- Strong Scripting experience using Python
- Good problem-solving skills
- Able to drive multiple tasks with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to travel local and non-local in short notice
