About The Position
We are seeking a Cellular Field Tester with expertise in 3GPP specifications for 3G/4G/5G technologies. The role involves operating Android and Apple products, performing field testing, investigating issues, and analyzing logs. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in mobile device testing and be proficient with logging tools.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in smartphone field testing.
- Excellent understanding of 3GPP specs for 3G/4G/5G technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Android and Apple products like smartphones and smart watches.
- Experience with carrier certification for USA operators (Verizon, AT&T & T-Mobile).
- Proficiency in log analysis and debugging UE issues.
- Familiarity with logging tools such as QxDM, QCAT, Wireshark, STT, ELT.
Responsibilities
- Perform testing and send daily reports to the client.
- Log analysis and debugging of UE issues.
- Operate Android and Apple products (iPhone, Watch, Mac).
- Conduct field testing, including issue investigation and representation.
