About The Position

Grace Fellowship Church is prayerfully seeking a Connections Coordinator to join our staff team and serve through the Connections Ministry, helping cultivate welcoming and relational Sunday morning “first impression” experiences with intentionality and care. The ideal candidate is a committed follower of Jesus who embraces our mission and vision, brings strong administrative experience, and serves with excellence, relational warmth, and thoughtful, strategic care. We are a Church that loves Jesus! Our vision is to be a house of prayer for all nations. Our Mission is to make disciples who (in turn) make disciples. The foundation for disciple-making here is relationships. And this starts with us (the Team), our relationship with God and our relationship with our church family. We integrate Christ’s commission into every aspect of our work life. The Connections Coordinator works under the leadership of the Connections Director to collaboratively meet the needs of the Connections Ministry at Grace Fellowship Church. Success as Connections Coordinator will be fueled by a love of Jesus, a heart for hospitality, orderly administrative skills and consistent attention to details. This role is a part-time position, working on site at our office in Katy, Texas.

Nice To Haves

  • Be a Disciple who makes Disciples–as this is Grace Fellowship’s mission, we must have integrity that our spiritual leaders are practitioners of the mission. You should be able to name your disciples and give account of the discipleship you experience with them.
  • Church Involvement – Because this position deals so extensively in the ministry and programs offered at Grace Fellowship, a candidate’s experience with church involvement across different ministry environments is important, particularly as reflected in increased involvement demonstrated by greater responsibility of service. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in hospitality and first impressions.
  • Guest Service – In addition to involvement in and through the church, any marketplace experience in fields where direct customer service was integral will be strongly considered.
