About The Position

As a Connections Coach at Mansfield Hall Burlington, you will support students in our post-residential transition program as they build the academic, independent living, and self-advocacy skills needed for success in college and adulthood. This is a 24-hour per week part-time role that combines academic coaching, life skills coaching, student planning, family communication, and campus/community resource navigation. You will work directly with students living as college students in the community, helping them manage coursework, access campus supports, build routines, strengthen executive functioning skills, and continue progressing toward greater independence. This role is relational, practical, and student-centered. It requires someone who can build fun and engaging relationships while also providing structure, accountability, and thoughtful guidance. This is a meaningful role for someone who enjoys supporting diverse learners, partnering with families and stakeholders, and helping students move from supported participation toward more confident, independent engagement in college and community life.
