Mansfield Hall is a living and learning community for neurodivergent college students who are capable of college but are not yet fully ready for total independence. Its work is organized around Living, Learning, Giving, and Engaging. The Connections Program supports students as they move toward greater independence, and the Connections Case Manager coordinates support across families, campus offices, and Mansfield Hall teams so each student's plan is aligned. The Case Manager manages a caseload and coordinates individualized support in academics, independent living, and community engagement. The role includes weekly one-on-one coaching, developing and tracking Student MAPs (Making Action Plans), supporting students with college processes and accessibility services, coaching life skills, and building professional readiness. The Case Manager is also a regular point of contact for families and campus partners and prepares progress reports and evaluations. This is a full-time, hourly, fully on-site position requiring daily in-person attendance. Training takes place Monday through Friday during standard business hours, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. After training, the schedule is based on program and student needs and may include evenings and weekends, with flexibility required outside traditional business hours. The role also participates in an overnight on-call rotation. During summer and other low-census periods, the Case Manager shares duties across Mansfield Hall programs, including breakfast duty, coach shifts, cleaning, and apartment meetings.
