About The Position

360i is re-launching in the U.S. as a market-specific, AI-native, social-first growth solution designed for clients who need to move at culture-speed and translate that velocity into business outcomes. The offering is built around Speed to Culture, Speed to Commerce, and Speed to Communities, supported by a lean leadership structure and a focused launch plan. This role is for a creative lead to serve on the leadership team and drive the creative vision and all creative outputs across 360 engagements. This leader will join during the building phase and have the opportunity to influence the vision, the development of the offering, our perspective, our go-to-market strategy, and ultimately deliver best-in-class work.

Requirements

  • 13+ years in creative/content leadership with a track record of shipping platform-native, multi-format systems that drive measurable business impact.
  • Command of creator/influencer ecosystems, platform dynamics, and rights/governance frameworks.
  • Hands-on fluency in AI-assisted creative workflows across ideation, production, and optimization.
  • Strong executive presence with C-suite audiences and ability to articulate complex systems simply.

Responsibilities

  • Championing great ideas from spark to impact, identifying, nurturing, shaping, and ensuring creative potential survives the journey from concept to culture.
  • Seeing the potential in ideas early from various sources (creators, strategists, AI, social signals, collaborators) and amplifying them into culturally resonant, brand-elevating work.
  • Raising the creative bar continuously by modeling behaviors and instincts that reflect Dentsu Creative’s aspiration to “scale creativity”.
  • Pushing beyond traditional formats and channels, encouraging experimentation, embracing nonlinear storytelling, and championing nontraditional pathways to making.
  • Nurturing diverse creative talent by creating space for emerging voices, new makers, and unconventional thinkers.
  • Protecting bold ideas by guiding them through the system with rigor, craft, and advocacy, ensuring they retain their power and clarity.
  • Modeling a standard of creative excellence that inspires teams, reassures clients, and strengthens 360i’s reputation.
  • Standing up a connected content system that defines how ideas move from inputs to creation, distribution, and optimization across 360i, functioning as a platform-agnostic, modular, always-on content engine.
  • Instituting AI-first practices where AI augments every stage of creation and iteration.
  • Ensuring creators, influencers, AI-generated content, and traditional production methods are equally viable inputs selected based on strategic and performance needs.
  • Working with media, social, and activation leads to ensure ideas are designed for distribution.
  • Working across Strategy, Creative, Production, Influencer, Social, Media, Activation, and Analytics to ensure the connected content system functions as a unified engine.
  • Operating from an AI-first perspective across audience building, ideation, content creation, activation, and measurement.
  • Making distribution-informed creative decisions and looping learnings back into the system each cycle.
