Tyson & Mendes is seeking a Conflicts Analyst to join our growing Quality team! This role involves organizing and categorizing incoming items, running and analyzing conflicts checks, conducting detailed research on prospective clients and affiliated entities, and communicating with attorneys regarding potential conflicts. The Conflicts Analyst will also assist in resolving conflicts, corresponding with clients, verifying documentation, and ensuring timely progression of matters. Additionally, the role includes implementing ethical screens, maintaining the New Files Tracker, downloading and distributing documents, collaborating with internal teams, creating standard operating procedures, submitting receipts, and assisting with other assigned Conflicts-related projects.
