Conflicts Analyst

Hogan LovellsDenver, CO
$65,000 - $80,000Hybrid

About The Position

The Conflicts Analyst plays a key role in the firm’s new business intake and conflicts function, helping ensure we take on work in a way that aligns with both our professional responsibilities and client expectations. This is a hands-on role for someone who already understands law firm conflicts and enjoys working through complex scenarios, partnering with attorneys, and moving matters forward thoughtfully and efficiently. The Analyst will be reviewing conflicts searches, analyzing results, and working with attorneys and firm leadership to identify and resolve potential issues. Some matters will be straightforward; others will require digging deeper, asking the right questions, and helping shape a practical path forward. They will also be involved in preparing engagement documentation, coordinating waivers and consents, and putting ethical screens in place where needed. The role includes regular interaction with the Ethics Committee and senior members of the Conflicts & Compliance team, so sound judgment and clear communication are essential. In addition, the Analyst will help maintain the integrity of our conflicts database and serve as a resource to more junior team members as they develop.
