About The Position

Lovefreedom Solution is seeking a Conflicts Analyst/Supervisor to join its team in New York, NY. The role is responsible for conducting conflict checks for potential new clients and matters, analyzing conflicts of interest, and recommending resolutions. It also supervises and supports a team of Conflicts Analysts, maintains accurate conflict-check records, and develops and implements conflict-check policies and procedures. The position works with attorneys and other staff to gather information and stays informed about relevant industry regulations and best practices. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in a conflicts analyst or similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience with conflict-check databases and software.
Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Prior supervisory experience.
