About The Position

Under minimal supervision, the Conflict of Interest (COI) Analyst II conducts moderate to complex reviews of financial interest disclosures and outside activity requests to identify, assess, manage, and monitor conflicts of commitment, conflicts of interest (COI), and institutional conflicts of interest (ICOI).

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3 years of related experience

Responsibilities

• Conducts moderate to complex reviews of disclosures and outside activities.
• Interprets and applies institutional policies and state and federal regulations.
• Communicates with investigators and administrators regarding reporting requirements.
• Provides compliance consultation and risk mitigation guidance.
• Develops and delivers training and outreach activities.
• Assists with audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory tracking.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to support compliance efforts.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
