About The Position
Axiom Staffing is seeking a motivated and technically skilled IT Support Technician to join a growing team in Alpharetta, GA. This position is responsible for imaging, deploying, and troubleshooting computer systems, mobile devices, and networking equipment while supporting project-based operations in a warehouse and production environment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or a related field
- Hands-on experience with Cisco networking equipment
- Experience imaging and deploying computers
- Experience configuring and supporting Apple mobile devices
- Strong troubleshooting skills for computer hardware and software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality required

- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
- CompTIA Network+
Responsibilities
- Image, configure, and deploy Windows computers and workstations
- Configure and support Apple mobile devices
- Assist with the setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of Cisco networking equipment
- Diagnose and resolve computer hardware and software issues
- Support project-based deployments of workplace devices, mobile devices, and network equipment
- Assist with rack builds and hardware installations as needed
- Maintain accurate records of deployed equipment and completed tasks
- Follow company procedures and safety guidelines
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
- Other duties as assigned
