About The Position
BAE Systems is seeking Configuration Managers at junior through senior levels to support a classified customer in the Intelligence Community. The role is responsible for configuration management of developmental and operational systems, including maintaining a version-controlled Technical Baseline, Knowledge Repository, and Configuration Management Plan. The position supports a mission focused on protecting national security and partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree.
- Experience using a source code control system.
- Experience with basic concepts and assisting in maintaining and developing environments for hardware and software product build, staging, testing, and integration.
- Experience defining and implementing hardware, software, and license configuration management processes and procedures.
- Experience using configuration management tools to store, track, and manage configuration items.
- Experience maintaining a configuration management environment for hardware and software product build, staging, testing, and integration.
- Experience developing hardware and software version-control processes, policies, and procedures and ensuring they are followed on development projects.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a technical or business discipline.
- Experience serving as an advisor to a Change Control Board.
