As a CM/DM Engineering supporting RMS SEMS Programs, located in Valley Forge, PA, you will utilize JIRA to manage files and track changes, develop and maintain software configuration management tools to support configuration identification, control, reporting, and delivery of SW baselines. You will perform configuration management and release engineering tasks to ensure new software product operating parameters are documented. You will interface with Hardware/Software Leads, Software Engineers, Quality Assurance to achieve program objectives in accordance with program schedule. You will control software and hardware changes. You will perform Data Management tasks including formatting and delivering C DRLs and acting as a Data Transfer Agent (DTA). You will manage agendas and minutes for various change boards. This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration. You will collaborate with a diverse team of technical professionals including software and systems engineers, architects, and our project engineering team on SEMS programs.

Requirements

  • Must have comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Demonstrated experience building and maintaining effective working relationships with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, customers, and/or external partners.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating in a team-based environment and effectively partnering with stakeholders and leadership at multiple levels of an organization.
  • This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize JIRA to manage files and track changes
  • Develop and maintain software configuration management tools to support configuration identification, control, reporting, and delivery of SW baselines
  • Perform configuration management and release engineering tasks to ensure new software product operating parameters are documented
  • Interface with Hardware/Software Leads, Software Engineers, Quality Assurance to achieve program objectives in accordance with program schedule
  • Control software and hardware changes
  • Perform Data Management tasks including formatting and delivering C DRLs and acting as a Data Transfer Agent (DTA)
  • Manage agendas and minutes for various change boards
  • Create Software builds and associated documentation, track variances and generate monthly metrics.
