Requirements
- 3 years of experience installing and configuring low voltage IT systems.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Genetec Omnicast Certification
- Genetec Synergis Certification
- BICSI RCDD Certification
- 1 year in Genetec Security Center 5.11 or newer
- 1 year in Cisco or HP Enterprise Network Configuration
- 1 year in Cisco and Aruba Local Wireless Controller
- 1 year in Cisco VoIP and CUCM
- 1 year in Valcom IP Public Address
- 1 year in DMP(Digital Monitoring Products)
Responsibilities
- Installing, configuring and troubleshooting local area networks, wireless networks, VoIP systems, IP Public Address/Intercom and IP Video Camera systems.
- Configuring a variety of networking equipment.
- Analyzing and solving networking problems.
- Reviewing and evaluating IT system designs for compliance with industry standards.
- Conducting site surveys and on-site assessments and preparation of design/scope of work (SOW) for installations.
- Preparing clear and concise reports and technical documentation.
- Formulating and expressing ideas clearly and effectively in writing and orally.
- Setting priorities and successfully completing tasks in a timely manner.
- Conduct site surveys
- Develop scopes of work
- Create bill of material
- Accept equipment deliveries at warehouse
- Create asset workbooks
- Generate e-mails of status completions
- Rearranging Network equipment
- Install power equipment (UPS/Stepdown Transformers)
- Install and configure network switches, modules, cards etc
- Install and configure IP converged system equipment
- Install Cat6e/Fiber patch Cords
- Troubleshoot LAN equipment
