About The Position
Kinetic Events Staffing is seeking Conference Staff for a healthcare summit in Phoenix, Arizona, from Sunday, October 18th, 2026, to Wednesday, October 21st, 2026. Requirements
- Considerable background in front-facing customer service roles
- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a standard shift (typically 4-12 hours), except during designated rest breaks and meal periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
- Punctual and reliable for all scheduled shifts
- Proficiency in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional demeanor, appearance, and actions while on the job
- Limited phone use during shifts
- Adherence to all legal regulations and company policies set by Kinetic Events Staffing
