About The Position
Kinetic Events Staffing is seeking Conference Staff for an event in Dallas, Texas, from Wednesday, September 23rd, 2026, to Saturday, September 26th, 2026. This role offers a fun, collaborative, and positive work environment. The event will take place at the Kay Bailey Convention Center. This is a great opportunity to join our roster as Dallas is an expanding market for us, with potential for future opportunities in 2026.
Requirements
- Considerable background in front-facing customer service roles
- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a standard shift (typically 4-12 hours), except during designated rest breaks and meal periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
- Punctual and reliable for all scheduled shifts
- Proficiency in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional demeanor, appearance, and actions while on the job
- Limited phone use during shifts
- Adherence to all legal regulations and company policies set by Kinetic Events Staffing

- Previous event or hospitality experience
- Flexible and adaptable as job duties and schedules may change based on client needs
