As a member of our Conference Centre team, you will be responsible for supporting a variety of events for the CIBC Square Conference Centre and Private Dining Facilities, including liaising with the various business units to maximize efficiencies in the business and providing a seamless, consistent approach to events. As a Conference Services Manager, you will foster key relationships with clients and manage logistical coordination, sharing best practices. This role ensures client satisfaction by managing the end-to-end event process, from initial inquiries to post-event follow-ups, with an adherence to consistent standards and processes associated with working alongside multiple stakeholders and partners across CIBC. The ideal candidate will be the trusted advisor, partner and expert on Conference Services. They will have a passion for hospitality, strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail, while delivering exceptional experiences for our clients by focusing on top-tier service and unique event customization. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.
