Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service throughout the planning and execution of meetings, conferences, and special events.
  • Coordinate all event details, including meeting space, catering, audiovisual requirements, room accommodations, and event logistics.
  • Partner with Sales, Food & Beverage, Operations, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless event execution and guest satisfaction.
  • Conduct pre-conference planning meetings and communicate event requirements effectively to hotel teams.
  • Manage multiple events simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Monitor event budgets, review billing, and support cost-effective event execution.
  • Resolve client concerns and operational challenges promptly and professionally before, during, and after events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Utilize hotel systems and Microsoft Office applications to manage event documentation, communication, and reporting.
  • Ensure all events are executed in accordance with hotel standards, brand expectations, and operational procedures.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced hospitality environment while responding to changing client and business needs.
