Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is considered an asset.
  • Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of Fortune 1000 organizations.
  • Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Demonstrated experience in a client-facing role, with exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong research capabilities considered an asset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding spelling and grammatical accuracy, with meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with key professionals, industry leaders, and senior executives from leading global organizations across a range of industries to support speaker recruitment efforts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing engagement and value.
  • Conduct research and produce compelling conference agenda copy that reflects timely, relevant topics and drives attendee and client engagement.
  • Analyze industry trends, challenges, business opportunities, market activity, and the competitive landscape, and provide strategic recommendations for speaker content to clients.
  • Travel periodically to oversee event execution, supporting speakers and ensuring seamless on-site performance.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Sales, to foster and sustain positive relationships with partners before, during, and after events.
