About The Position

The Concierge is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming, personalized experience for all guests. Reporting to the Lead Concierge or Client Relations Manager, this role serves as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, requests, and recommendations. The Concierge plays a key role in enhancing guest satisfaction by anticipating needs, coordinating services, and ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.
Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 1 year of experience in hospitality, concierge services, customer service, or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Nice To Haves

Experience with reservation or property management systems preferred
Familiarity with communication and booking platforms

Responsibilities

Deliver a warm, professional welcome and provide exceptional customer service to all guests
Respond to guest inquiries, provide information, and assist with check-ins and check-outs
Resolve guest concerns and complaints promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
Manage reservations, ensuring accurate booking data and efficient use of reservation systems
Maintain up-to-date records of guest bookings, availability, and special requests
Provide personalized recommendations for dining, entertainment, and local attractions based on guest preferences
Coordinate with internal departments (front desk, housekeeping, F&B) to ensure seamless guest experiences
Arrange special services such as transportation, dining reservations, and appointments
Identify VIP guests and deliver elevated, personalized service to exceed expectations
Monitor guest safety and respond to emergencies in accordance with established procedures
Collaborate with security and management to address safety or security concerns
Participate in training programs, including Cornerstone, to enhance skills and service delivery
