Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Set and reset meeting rooms according to the daily Banquet Event Orders (BEO).
  • Responsible for working directly with the conference manager on all tasks including room set standards, maintaining conference room cleanliness, adhering to standard operating procedures, accuracy of reporting, etc.
  • Responsible for maintaining the accuracy of meeting room standards
  • Each day, review each room with BEO sheets in preparation for the day. Critique each room by completing the conference services checklist so that any last-minute details are addressed and resolved.
  • Report any facilities issues (stained chairs, broken chairs, broken furniture, and stained carpets) through maintenance request system
  • Perform other duties as asked or assigned
  • Flexible to work overtime, evenings, weekends and holidays if needed
