About The Position

A Conduit Maintenance Supervisor I oversees the maintenance and repair of underground conduits. Work of this class involves supervising skilled, semi-skilled and laboring personnel.

Requirements

• Graduated from an accredited high school or possession of a GED certificate.
• Three years of experience in the maintenance and repair of conduits or related underground utilities.
• Knowledge of the techniques, tools and equipment used in the construction, maintenance and repair of underground utilities and a conduit system.
• Knowledge of safety rules and regulations.
• Ability to train new employees.
• Ability to maintain records and prepare reports.
• Ability to schedule and direct the work of a conduit maintenance unit.
• Authorization to release criminal conviction information.
• Completion of a mandatory six-month probation.
