We’re seeking a highly skilled, experienced professional to drive performance and deliver advanced condition monitoring solutions.

Working knowledge of Product Link™, VisionLink , VIMS, Cat Inspect, equipment lifecycle planning, Cat S O S Services Fluid Analysis, Service Information System (SIS 2.0), and Cat Foresight Condition Monitoring suite.

Responsibilities

Build scalable training programs that strengthen FMC workforce capability and performance.
Serve as the FMC subject matter expert for condition monitoring and Cat Foresight.
Partner with Cat Digital to capture feedback, coordinate enhancements, and resolve system issues.
Develop and maintain the FMC Learning Site to keep training resources accessible and aligned to business needs.
Deliver training events that advance condition monitoring best practices and tool expertise.
Support Condition Monitoring Advisor responsibilities as business needs require.
