Condiment Attendant - State Farm Arena
About The Position
The Condiment Attendant is responsible for maintaining a clean condiment and beverage area while providing great customer service. This role supports concessions in setting up condiment carts and soda machines, ensures proper presentation, portion control, and maintenance of serving temperatures following HACCP standards. The position also requires a personal commitment to safety and adherence to all company policies and procedures, including the use of appropriate safety gear when handling equipment and hot items, and wearing slip-resistant shoes with proper lifting techniques.
Requirements
- 1 year or more experience in foodservice or hospitality.
- Ability to interact with high profile guests and remain professional and dedicated to providing exceptional experience.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to actively engage physically with guests.
- Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Ability to react with physical and mental alertness in emergency situations.
- Demonstrate physical stamina and agility required to be mobile for long periods of time throughout the day.
- Lift/move materials and equipment up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities
- Supports concessions in setting up condiment carts and soda machines.
- Ensures proper presentation, portion control and maintenance of serving temperatures; follows HACCP standards.
- Personal commitment to your own safety and that of others.
- Abides by all Company policies and procedures including but not limited to: The use of a medium weight cut gloves when handling or using knives, peelers, choppers, mandolins or cleaning a slicer. The use of oven mitts, fryer gloves or steamer gloves when handling hot pans from ovens, warmers or steamtables. The use of slip-resistant shoes and proper lifting techniques.
