About The Position

EquipmentShare is seeking a Concrete Regional Sales Representative to join their team. This role involves building relationships with concrete contractors, identifying project needs, and providing bundled solutions. The representative will partner with internal teams to convert rental customers to material customers, pursue new business opportunities, and prepare/present quotes for concrete accessories, consumables, and brace rentals. The position requires maintaining a project pipeline, coordinating logistics, serving as a product expert for various construction materials, and meeting revenue targets. The role also involves providing feedback to leadership, managing expenses, and professionally representing EquipmentShare.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of concrete construction processes, particularly Tilt-Up and Slab-on-Grade methods.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and sell to self-performing concrete contractors.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with evolving product lines and strategies.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically to grow territory revenue.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Education or Experience required.
  • A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in construction materials sales, preferably in the concrete industry.
  • Must be able to lift 25–50 lbs.
  • Must be able to stand and walk on active construction job sites for extended periods.
  • Must be able to travel frequently within the assigned region, including overnight stays.
  • Must be able to sit for prolonged periods while driving or working on a computer.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience with Tilt-Up or Slab-on-Grade construction methods is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with brace rentals, consumables, or construction accessory products is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage strong relationships with concrete contractors, superintendents, and project managers to identify upcoming project needs and provide bundled solutions.
  • Partner daily with regional EquipmentShare Core reps to identify warm leads, share job site intelligence, and convert equipment rental customers into material customers.
  • Actively pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach, jobsite visits, industry events, and relationship building.
  • Prepare, present, and follow up on quotes for concrete accessories, consumables, and brace rentals with clear pricing and margin targets.
  • Maintain a structured project pipeline, including active bids, awarded jobs, and upcoming opportunities, using ES tools for accurate forecasting.
  • Coordinate logistics and deliveries with branch operations teams to ensure materials and braces are shipped accurately and on time.
  • Serve as a product expert for forming lumber, vapor barriers, lift and brace inserts, chemical products, reinforcement, and other key consumables used in Tilt-Up and Slab-on-Grade construction.
  • Meet or exceed monthly revenue and gross profit margin targets as established by the division leadership team.
  • Provide feedback to the Director on product performance, customer needs, and operational challenges to support continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate expense records for company card and vehicle usage in line with company policy.
  • Represent EquipmentShare professionally at customer sites, job walks, and industry functions, reinforcing the company’s reputation as a trusted partner in concrete construction.
