About The Position

Rogers Group, Inc. is seeking a Ready-Mix Loader Operator for their plant in Harriman, TN. This role is responsible for loading, stocking, and managing aggregate materials to ensure safe and efficient ready-mix concrete production. The operator will use heavy equipment and maintain plant housekeeping. Rogers Group, Inc. is a privately held aggregates and asphalt highway construction company with a significant presence in 13 states and over 3,500 employees, established in 1908.

Requirements

• Ability to perform daily equipment inspections and basic preventive maintenance.
• Knowledge of safe operating practices and workplace safety procedures.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Valid driver's license required.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience operating a front-end loader or heavy equipment preferred.
• CDL is a plus.
• Experience in aggregate, concrete, construction, or industrial environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate a front-end loader to load aggregate bins and maintain material stockpiles.
• Monitor aggregate levels to ensure uninterrupted concrete production.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas throughout the plant.
• Assist with plant maintenance and other duties as assigned.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with plant personnel to support production schedules.
• Load and move materials safely and efficiently.
