About The Position

Rogers Group, Inc. is seeking a Ready-Mix Loader Operator for their plant located in Harriman, TN. This position reports to the Plant Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for loading, stocking, and managing aggregate materials to support safe and efficient ready-mix concrete production. This involves operating heavy equipment and maintaining plant housekeeping. Rogers Group, Inc. is a privately held aggregates and asphalt highway construction company operating in 13 states with over 3,500 employees, established in 1908, and recognized as the largest privately held aggregate producer in the United States.

Requirements

• Ability to perform daily equipment inspections and basic preventive maintenance.
• Knowledge of safe operating practices and workplace safety procedures.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Valid driver's license required.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience operating a front-end loader or heavy equipment preferred.
• CDL is a plus.
• Experience in aggregate, concrete, construction, or industrial environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate a front-end loader to load aggregate bins and maintain material stockpiles.
• Monitor aggregate levels to ensure uninterrupted concrete production.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas throughout the plant.
• Assist with plant maintenance and other duties as assigned.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with plant personnel to support production schedules.
• Load and move materials safely and efficiently.
