Requirements

Operate and monitor computerized concrete batching equipment to produce concrete according to customer specifications and mix designs.
Schedule and coordinate concrete production to meet project and delivery requirements.
Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and environmental regulations.
Assist with plant repairs, maintenance activities, and other operational duties as needed.
Willingness to work under a union collective bargaining agreement.
Travel as needed.
