About The Position

Rogers Group, Inc. is seeking a Ready-Mix Loader Operator with CDL for their plant in Harriman, TN. This position reports to the Plant Manager. The role involves loading, stocking, and managing aggregate materials to support safe and efficient ready-mix concrete production using heavy equipment. The candidate will also operate commercial vehicles with a valid CDL for deliveries and material transport, providing customer service. A strong commitment to safety, equipment care, teamwork, and operational excellence is expected.

Requirements

• Valid CDL driver's license required.
• Ability to perform daily equipment inspections and basic preventive maintenance.
• Knowledge of safe operating practices and workplace safety procedures.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience operating a front-end loader or heavy equipment preferred.
• Experience in aggregate, concrete, construction, or industrial environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate a front-end loader to load aggregate bins and maintain material stockpiles.
• Monitor aggregate levels to ensure uninterrupted concrete production.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas throughout the plant.
• Assist with plant maintenance and other duties as assigned.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with plant personnel to support production schedules.
• Load and move materials safely and efficiently.
