Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Basic computer skills.
- General knowledge of concrete.
- Basic knowledge of heavy equipment.
- Basic math skills.
- Basic knowledge of industrial plant functions.
Responsibilities
- Batch ready mixed concrete as fast and as efficiently as possible.
- Load mixers and coordinate received materials.
- Order, monitor, and inventory materials supplied to the batch plant. Sign vendor delivery invoices upon receipt of material and after every load.
- Inform Dispatch and the Plant Manager immediately of any issues that would inhibit production.
- Inspect and maintain all belts and equipment and submit a weekly report detailing activities.
