Concrete Machine Operator
About The Position
The Concrete Machine Operator supports the operation of concrete production equipment, including batch plant operation, concrete mixing, and GFRC production. The role uses in-house molds and tooling to create products and operates cranes and forklifts to handle raw materials and production products. The operator produces precast and GFRC products daily, including standard and custom products. This is a critical role for concrete operations and requires focus on quality, safety, efficiency, and teamwork. The position involves rotating and cross-training across production operations, setting up, tearing down, repairing, troubleshooting, and maintaining production equipment, and following standard operating procedures to meet quality standards. The operator must communicate and work effectively with team members, take direction, and function in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Rotate and cross-train into all production operations.
- Operate an overhead hoist.
- Set up, tear down, repair, and troubleshoot production equipment.
- Maintain equipment and cleanliness.
- Communicate and work with other team members.
- Follow standard operating procedures to ensure quality standards are met.
- Operate forklifts; forklift training is required.
- Maintain a high level of quality control.
- Execute standard production processes, including roll, spray, batch plant operation, weld, grout, prep, and paint.
- Produce precast and GFRC products, including standard and custom products.
