Concrete Pump Operator
About The Position
The Bartley Corporation is hiring a CDL equipment operator to operate a concrete pump truck, stone/gravel slinger truck, telebelt, or some combination of this equipment. Depending on assignment, the selected candidate will operate a 20-, 31-, 38-, or 47-meter Putzmeister concrete pump and/or an Ultra Stone Slinger. On-the-job training will be provided. The operator is responsible for equipment maintenance and inspections and must be able to meet the physical requirements of operating and cleaning the concrete pump. The role requires proactively following the safety policies of both the company and the construction site. The listed schedule is approximately 50 hours per week, with a 6 a.m. start time, Monday through Friday; occasional night or weekend work may be required. The pay range is $22–$30 per hour, with a single pay rate for pumping concrete, maintaining the pump, and operating other equipment.
Requirements
- Experience in concrete construction or operating concrete boom pumps or stone slingers.
- Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and a current DOT Medical Card.
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of operating and cleaning the concrete pump.
- Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities
